By purchasing, installing, or using any plugin or software product (“Software”) developed and distributed by ABC IT PARK, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
ABC IT PARK grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on the number of sites specified at the time of purchase. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
2. Permitted Use
Install and use the Software on the licensed number of WordPress installations.
Receive updates and support for the duration of your active subscription or license period.
3. Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or share the Software with any third party.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software for the purpose of creating a competing product.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the Software.
Use the Software on more sites than permitted by the purchased license tier.
Share license keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of ABC IT PARK. This license does not grant any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Software.
5. Updates & Support
Updates and support are provided during the active license period.
ABC IT PARK reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and support availability at its discretion.
Expired licenses will no longer receive updates or support but may continue to use the last installed version.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ABC IT PARK and only if the Software has not been substantially used.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ABC IT PARK does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party software or hosting environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ABC IT PARK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the Software.
9. Termination
ABC IT PARK reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABC IT PARK operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
